Queueing for Entry Virtually

• Customer arrives at the store and has the option to physically or virtually queue to gain access to the store.
•Texting “Queue” or scanning the QR code on the poster will gain them access to the queuing software.
• Upon arrival, the customer texts in to gets their Boarding Pass and wait their due turn shielded from the weather
• Runs via MS teams for security and ease of deployment.
 
• Store associates are able to view the current dashboard of the queuing solution.
• This shows the number of customer instore, the number in the virtual queue or by appointment.
• Calculation of average wait time.
• Counter, boarding pass scanner.
